It’s been very stressful for the past month. I was worried that I wouldn’t have the time or energy to do something nice for Zuhair’s birthday. Luckily I’m making money now, so I decided to spoil Zuhair for his birthday. He really is my rock. I could not have made it through the last month without him. I love him so much. He’s the best partner ever. For his birthday I bought him a few of his favorite things: electronics, clothes, beer, movies, & pizza.

i bought zuhair one of every mikkeller for his birthday. i was inspired by erin’s blog post that showed  how to make a drink sampler, complete with a hand painted guide to go along with each beer:

My dad and i gave Zuhair a mini ipad. His reaction was priceless:

Every year we watch The Royal Tenenbaums on Zuhair’s birthday. I found this adorable shirt…

Zuhair got a bunch of new J.Crew clothes from me and his mom…fancy boy.

 J.Crew: crew neck sweater, plaid oxford, and the cashmere beanie (my favorite)

We decided to have a birthday dinner and movie in Pasadena. We ate delicious pizza at Settebello & watched a movie at the Arc light. FUN. FUN.FUN.

I love getting together with everyone. I had so much fun

they’re so much going on right now….too much. can’t wait for things to settle down. i start working night shift tomorrow.
