there was a lil’ baby hawk outside our bedroom window this morning & i think it made zuhair’s day.
looks like i’m about to embark on a very busy three months…not looking forward to it.

my dear friend belia is having a baby boy! last weekend we got together and celebrated the new edition. It was great catching up with friends…i love them & i can’t wait to meet the little in belia’s belly.

seinfeld, weddings, and macarons.
happy macaron day! i’m celebrating the day by enjoying a delicious macaron aux framboises cake <3
zuhair and i went to our first fancy comedy show at the pantages theater last friday. we saw jerry seinfeld! it was an amazing night full of laughs (plus a drink or two).
the next day we headed out to santa monica for a wedding. it was such a beautiful wedding-wish i took more pictures....

the only love is a lonely love.
we’ve been in los angeles a bunch in the past week. to celebrate the beginning of my spring break we decided to go watch islands play at the bootleg theater. i’ve been listening to them on repeat for the last month so you can guess how excited i was to see that they were playing their only los angeles show on the day of my last final…i believe that’s what they call kismet.

next week i have finals. i can not wait till this quarter is over. although babies + pregnant ladies+ children are great, i definitely do not foresee myself working with them in the future.
as the quarter is winding down, zu and i are both gearing up for our spring breaks. i’m debating whether or not i should try to squeeze a trip in to sf or portland…decisions.

zuhair surprised me on friday with tickets to john hodgman, zach galifianakis, jason schwartzman, and jonathan ames. date night… it was such a pleasant treat.
we found a new coffee shop called coffee commissary. the coffee was excellent and so were the homemade banana muffins.
we dinner at RFD. we had so much food & so much wine… everything there is so tasty.
