i'm a hero's bride.
it’s hot & i’m lazy. zuhair was a total hero this morning when he helped put out a fire he saw starting from some dry brush in a playground..what a dreamboat.
we finally made it out to a borders. we majorly scored on books. we found the most beautiful j.d. salinger box set! it’s so sad our beloved borders is closing…i loved studying there.

Just got home from working in long beach. i spent one night in long beach and one night in la with my bestie lerrie at her new place. her place is so adorable. we had the best dinner ever! i love her so much. it was great spaaaning time with her. i miss her.

almost home.
i’ve been out in long beach working with american apparel for the last 4 days. i love seeing everyone and catching up. zuhair was able to come with me so it’s been really great being able to explore long beach together. he’s been biking with friends all over the city while i’ve been at work.
we have a birthday dinner to attend tonight…then we’re going home!

my sweet love...i mean lord.
There’s nothing better than cooking and eating with friends. Zuhair and I had some friends over for a summertime bbq. It was our first dinner party at our new place. Zuhair barbecued sausages and I made some desserts & side dishes. It was a wonderful evening with a wonderful group of friends…can’t wait to do it again!
