a wet cat, dinner and two movies.
it’s raining.   zuhair and i were both feeling sluggish today. we went to the market looking for lamb, no such luck. who knew it was so difficult to find lamb. zuhair decided that he would settle for a steak. we purchased a great grass fed, humanely raised, antibiotic-free steak for about $5 (it was in sale)! spring break.

Tonight we made a stew! It was a tag-team job and ended up being super delicious. Check out the recipe below and make it for yourself, it’s really healthy and really good. Just make sure to keep some spare vegetable broth because most of it will evaporate away.  lentil & vegetable stew
